This is two vials in a box that came in this metal tin, the information on the box says to brake the vile and hold it up to your nose in case of gas attack. Only one I have ever seen vials are still full, instructions are in Vietnamese.
This is a VC field made pouch with a mixture of medical equipment all items are what came in the pouch the bamboo handle is field made to hold a modified scalpel, the tin holds some metal pins to hold a wound closed, a field dressing and part of a plastic cloth.

Chicom issue to north Vietnamese as carried by many NVA during the war, this one is complete with roller bandages and gauze bandages, this second type of bandage is not often seen and is considered rare.
I have never found another, could be for radio antenna or ?? has start like a chicom item on the snap, if you know or have one of these, please let me know
