This item is for sale with the custom frame, it came from a riverene vet that pursed it from the museum for his personal collection, he was moving to fla and had no room for it

Found in the captured back pack is a French rubberized material ground sheet or tarp used as a ground sheet or tent by the nva or vc that carried this pack

A very special addition to this collection !!!

This was a gift from a very special USMC veteran who I have great respect for, his name is Aubie Camp, you can google him and read about this heroic actions in this war, he is a real hero, and a nice person, this is a viet cong jungle made steel punji in concrete that he personally brought back and donated to this collection, thank you Mr. Camp

Jungle workshop made first aid station lantern

This may be the most outstanding find of this collection

Iterior showing the hand made oil lamp and the plastic red painted lens, this is a very well made item, tin, spot welded, all hand made

Lantern was made to mare a first aid station are jungle medical unit location in night time to aid the vc or nva who were wounded., one can only see the cross at night no other light is visible 

Captured custom made viet cong knife

Knife and sheath are well made, horn handle, sheath is in country type leather and workmanship
Blade is very heavy, 3/16 thick, looks like it was made from a truck spring like the type nyguyen Dan made during the war, horn handle, finger groves
On the back of the sheath its marked mike lynch, 1970 cambodia border, viet cong

Captured Viet cong combat belt rig with markarov holster and knife

 Knife is a customized us air force survival knife with a hand made sheath and a chi come canteen

This is another combat belt rig taken off a Viet cong

Shows heavy use and chicom case and mag pouches of origin.. belt is one that is seen a lot used by the vc as a combat belt 

very complete vc combat belt rig, has ground sheet, cloth bag with bowl, grenades ( dewat ) and canteen

Very odd mac v sog captured over the fence helmet

Unknown origin, picked up my sog over the fence and brought back, it was wore around base by the men, there is a light piece symbol on the front, this came from jason hardy, the dog tag, he got this from a sog vet
